Dafco Filtration Group's intake panels are manufactured in a variety of different types.
Each type offers a progressively denser media providing higher degrees of efficiency
and dust holding capacity. DFG offering includes the M3, 15/40, Diff-R1 and Diff-DD panel.

M3 Panels

The M3 Panel is constructed using two layers of polyester media sealed over a heavy gauge
metal wire support frame.
Air entering side (white) consists of a dry layer while the air exit side (green) features a
non-migrating adhesive to trap fine dust particles in the filter.

15/40 Dual Density Panels

The 15/40 Dual Density Panel incorporates three distinct filter layers heat-sealed around a
heavy gauge metal wire support frame.
The first layer acts as a high-porosity impingement filter, the second a high-density
interceptor and the third a durable strainer to prevent unloading. A non-migrating tackifier
between the second and third laminates assures positive filter-cake build up.

DIFF-FR-1 Panels

The DIFF-FR-1 panel is constructed with two layers of media sealed around a heavy gauge
metal wire support frame.
The pre-filter consists of a polyester pad while the final filter is a selection of high performance
fibers in a multi-layering technique that prevents fiber and particle migration.
- High efficiency versus M3 and 15/40 panels

DIFF-DD Panels

The DIFF-DD panel is constructed with two layers of media sealed around a heavy gauge
metal wire support frame.
The pre-filter consists of a polyester pad while the final filter is a selection of high performance
fibers in a multi-layering technique that prevents fiber and particle migration.
The air leaving side consists of a reinforced scrim backing to guarantee zero fiber migration.
