Dafco Filtration Group offers various cube type products in a variety of media layers. Commonly used cube filters in the paint finishing industry are the 15/40 cubes and Filtrair's FR-1 Cube.

The 15/40-cube filter is constructed using 2 distinct layers. The upstream layer consists of of a 40-denier fiber with a 15-denier fiber layer. The final layer is a 6-denier fiber. The first stage captures larger particulate and the second and third layer act a a final stage capturing finer particles.

The Filtrair FR-1 Cube is constructed from selected high performance fibers in a multi-layering technique to balance high 10-micron efficiency with long service life.

The FR-1 materials are fully saturated with proprietary adhesive to prevent particles from unloading once captured.
